Indian Take On The Comfort Food Classic

These little beauties dipped into mango chutney go down a treat

Prep 5 minutes
Total 35 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 200c, place the wings in a mixing bowl and add the curry powder, flour, salt & pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place wings on a wired baking tray and cook 25mins.
  3. While wings are cooking you can make the sauce, grab a small mixing bowl and add the tikka paste, olive oil and 1 tbsp of water and mix to create a smooth paste.
  4. Once wings are cooked, take them off the tray and place in a large mixing bowl and pour the tikka paste in and mix to coat every wing.
  5. Once wings are fully covered you can plate up and garnish with chopped coriander and little pot of mango chutney. Enjoy
