I’m a full-time working Mum and qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor with a passion for delicious, quick and easy mealtime options for the whole family. 

I really enjoy discovering new flavour combinations and creating family dinners that take (ideally) less than 45 minutes to put together, allowing us to all eat round the table together in the evening. I’m also a huge fan of leftovers (as you’ll know from my Instagram page) so ensure that they are incorporated too, to prevent any waste.

The majority of my meals are quick and easy options, but you’ll also find some slow cooker recipes, casseroles and ‘weekend options’ that take a little extra time.
