Little Chef Izzy, a charming 3-year-old who lives in London, has been showing off her confections on Instagram since last year. Since Izzy's first year in this world, she has been the little helping hand of her mother, Barbara, in the kitchen. When she turned two, that is when her family thought of recording her.
