We are Fran and Laura, the creators of @our_cookingjourney!

We enjoy experimenting with all types of cuisines but our main passion is sharing authentic Italian food and a variety of bread recipes.

Fran has been a chef for 8 years in Italy, Australia and London and now teaches at Jamie Oliver’s new cookery school. Laura is the Social Media & Marketing

Manager for a new food TV platform after previously managing the social media for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

We met 5 years ago working and travelling in Australia and today we still love to travel, cook and visit food markets around the world.
