Cookbooks and Vegan Month

Cookbooks and Vegan Month

As you may or may not know, we’ve partnered with HP to enable push-of-a-button cookbook publishing.

  • It doesn’t cost you a penny and you earn a generous royalty.
  • Each book is printed locally on demand.
  • You can update your book at any time.
  • And most importantly, you retain full ownership of your content.

We’re excited to announce the launch of some of our creator’s cookbooks, which are now available for pre-order. Check them out!

Veganism isn’t just a trend or fad; it’s a way of life, one that is both healthy for your body and mind and has a positive impact on our planet.

If you’ve never tried vegan food, but have always been curious, why not give it a go this November? You don’t have to go in full throttle, just try incorporating some vegan meals in your diet and see how you get on.

To help you out, we’ve selected a few recipes for you to try.

Let’s start with an Italian classic. We all love a good lasagna, don’t we? Well, @chefcynthialouise Vegan Lasagna will have you begging for seconds.

Let’s take a trip to China with @vernahungrybanana stunning Vegan Pan Fried Dumplings.

And finally, how about @homecookgeek's  Vegan Pancakes? YES PLEASE!

With food this good, it’s no wonder a record half a million Brits signed up to Veganuary in 2021!

Pumpkins are great, but we’re sure you’re ready to move on from all the pumpkin content. Instead, here are some recipes showcasing other types of squash that you can give a whirl this November.

I’m loving @simplybyjimmy’s idea for Butternut Squash Dip. Pass me the fried halloumi and some bread!

Forget about hasselback potatoes and check out @the_goodegg_’s beautiful Hasselback Butternut Squash with Brown Sage Butter, Crispy Prosciutto & Hazelnuts.

And @evolvehealth has got autumn boxed off with her Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Cranberries & Hazelnuts.

That's it for now, stay safe and happy cooking!
