Published in April 2019, Nathan’s latest cookbook Restaurant Nathan Outlaw celebrates a culinary year in Port Isaac, exploring the place, people and produce of a small but perfectly formed coastal landscape and their contribution to the culinary excellence of Restaurant Nathan Outlaw.

To celebrate the book, Nathan will be cooking two private dinners each season, exclusively for Outlaw’s Grub Club members at his Kitchen Bar at Restaurant Nathan Outlaw. With space for eight guests only, Nathan will prepare and serve dinner, whilst talking you through the recipes and his seasonal inspirations.

The evening is £900 per couple, including all food, drink and service.

Each ticket will also include a special edition copy of the book (worth £250) signed by Nathan.

The evenings are exclusively available for Outlaw’s Grub Club members by ticket purchase only.



Originally from Kent, Nathan now calls Cornwall home and is a proud ambassador of all things Cornish. After attending college he worked in London, but his love for seafood cookery ignited when moving to Cornwall to work with Rick Stein.

Nathan has two restaurants in Cornwall, Restaurant Nathan Outlaw and Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen in Port Isaac.

Interested in the education and training of young chefs, Nathan often gives his time to work alongside them and with those offering training provision in the industry. He is also in demand at conferences both in the UK and abroad, where his expertise and knowledge in seafood is greatly valued.

Nathan has written five successful cookery books; ‘British Seafood’, Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen’, Everyday Seafood’ and ‘Home Kitchen’. His latest book, ‘Restaurant Nathan Outlaw’ was published in April 2019.
