Chicken tulips (lollipops)

Chicken tulips, or lollipops, are a nice way of preparing chicken wings, making them much easier to eat. You pull the meat almost entirely from the bone, just keeping it attached at one end. They can be roasted or coated in breadcrumbs (or any other coating that takes your fancy) and deep fried.


N.B. to be able to do this easily you need to get chicken wings that still have the wing tips (the very last bit I cut off in the video) attached. If they have been removed it makes life much harder.
