After 20 years of running the incredibly successful luxury chateau rental business at Chateau du Chiron in the Limousin region of France known for its famous Limousin beef Jimmy decided to sell the business and relocate to his beach house in Lacanau Ocean near Bordeaux where he is able to concentrate on his true passion of cooking and recipe writing whilst developing his range of handmade kitchen linen products and essential cookwear.
