Ingredients
  • ½ Finely chopped onion
  • 3 Crushed garlic cloves
  • 120 g Chestnut mushrooms
  • 30 g Unsalted butter
  • 50 ml White wine
  • 100 ml Double cream
  • 40 g Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Slice of sourdough

A super tasty little brunch

1.Add the onion and garlic to a pan with a splash of oil for 2/3 min then add the sliced chestnut mushrooms and the butter until mushrooms have browned off.

2.Now the mushrooms are browned add the wine and let it reduce a little before adding the cream and let that all cook for 2/3 min.

3.Now add the Parmesan, paprika, black pepper and half the parsley and give it a good stir for a minute and then toast your sourdough.

4.Butter you’re toast and then spread the mushrooms all over the toast, top with the rest of the parsley and a little sprinkle of grated Parmesan and you are ready to eat.
