An easy but impressive pasta dish for all you seafood lovers out there. This is an indulgent dish with a few simple ingredients to transport you to the coasts of Italy.
Not a fan or crab? Try replacing the crab meat with prawns!
Dice the garlic into small pieces and add to a hot pan with oil. Let the garlic fry for a couple of minutes so it releases all its flavour.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the pan. Next, add the diced capers. Turn down the heat and let them simmer for 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are slightly broken down.
Put the linguine into a pot of boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, stir the lemon juice into the pot with your sauce. Season with chilli flakes, oregano, salt and pepper.
Stir the crab meat into the sauce. Make sure it is evenly distributed so all the sauce has some crab meat in. Leave the sauce to cook for 5 minutes.
Once the linguine is ready, drain it and then stir it into the sauce along with the parsley and a glug of olive oil. Enjoy!
