  • 300 g Fresh Linguine
  • 100 g Drained Sweetcorn
  • 1 Small Red Chilli (Diced)
  • 100 g Fifty Fifty Crab
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley (Garnish)

Crab & Charred Corn Linguine

  1. Place a pan of water over high heat, add a good pinch of salt to the water and place the lid on until bring to the boil.
  2. In a non stick frying pan over medium/high heat, add the sweetcorn and cook for 5mins, stirring after 3mins. You want the sweetcorn to catch colour.
  3. Once the sweetcorn has charred, add the olive oil and red chilli and stir together. Add the linguine to the pan of boiling water and cook for 3mins.
  4. Once the linguine is cooked take from the pan and place straight into the frying pan, add the crab and a little of the cooking and stir together for 30secs to incorporate. Stir through the fresh parsley, check for seasoning and adjust if needed. Enjoy
