Ingredients
  • 1 Banana (mashed)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 40 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 20 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tsps Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 70 g Oats
  • 30 g Chocolate chips
  • 20 g Cadbury mini eggs (smashed)

Chocolate Baked Oats

Prep 10 minutes
Total 30 minutes
  1. Heat your oven up to 160℃ fan assisted.
  2. Mix all the above together apart from the mini eggs.
  3. Pour in your mixture to each mould.
  4. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes of baking add your smashed mini eggs and return to the oven
  6. Allow to cool slightly but best served luke warm. Can be made the night before and reheated.
  7. Can be frozen in a container for up to 3 months.
