1 Banana (mashed)

40 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt

20 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

2 tsps Sweetener

1 tsp Baking powder

70 g Oats

30 g Chocolate chips
-
20 g Cadbury mini eggs (smashed)


Chocolate Baked Oats

- Heat your oven up to 160℃ fan assisted.
- Mix all the above together apart from the mini eggs.
- Pour in your mixture to each mould.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
- After 10 minutes of baking add your smashed mini eggs and return to the oven
- Allow to cool slightly but best served luke warm. Can be made the night before and reheated.
- Can be frozen in a container for up to 3 months.
