1.) In a pot, add in the oat milk, oats, pear, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and cook on medium heat.
2.) Let it simmer and stir every now and then.
3.) In the meantime, add half of the cubed pear into a sauce pan with a splash of water and cinnamon.
4.) Cook the pear on medium heat for about 3 minutes or until they are golden and soft.
5.) Add the protein powder to the oats and mix well to combine.
6.) Transfer the oats to a bowl and top with the cooked pear, banana, granola, peanut butter, and more cinnamon.
