2 tsps Pepper

1 tsp Chinese 5 spice

2 tbsps Brown sugar or coconut sugar for keto

1 tsp Cornstarch in 1tbsp water

5 tbsps Soy sauce

2 tbsps Hoisin sauce

2 tbsps Balsamic vinegar

2 tbsps Rice wine
-
1 tbsp Chilli infused honey
-
Bunch of spring onions sliced
-
Handful of green beans halved
-
1 Diced shallot
-
2 tsps Garlic paste
-
1 Inch piece of ginger grated

Handful of crushed peanuts
-
Sesame seeds

10 Dried chillies whole


30 minutes to POW 💥
First dice your chicken into bite size chunk then coat with the rest of the ingredients. Get a wok nice and hot with plenty of oil and batch cook until golden, crispy and cooked through. Set aside.
Oil your wok again. Throw in the beans and shallot. Cook for 2 then chuck in the garlic, ginger, nuts and dried chilli. Cook for 2 then throw in everything else.
Heat through until simmering and garnish with sesame and spring onion.
