half a pack of manouri cheese, cut into small chunks

The perfect sharing platter for a summer evening al fresco!


What better way to celebrate lovely seasonal fruits! And teamed with a gorgeous selection of Greek cheeses, all drizzled with oak tree raw honey! Perfect for nibbling with a nice cool glass of sparking rose!
- Prep all the fruits and cheesesi to have to hand
- Then compile your salad on a large platter, with a small dish for the honey in the centre. Arrange the cherries, strawberries and pomegranate seeds around it and then the the cheese over the top. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt and finish with the fresh basil and mint leaves. Have a honey drizzler/dipper to drizzle the honey on just before serving!
