  • 375 g cherries, halved and stoned
  • 400 g strawberries, whole or halved
  • the seeds from half a pomegranate
  • 4 tbsps good quality honey
  • half a pack of manouri cheese, cut into small chunks
  • 100 g organic feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g creamy goats cheese, crumbled
  • some fresh basil and mint leaves for decoration

What better way to celebrate lovely seasonal fruits! And teamed with a gorgeous selection of Greek cheeses, all drizzled with oak tree raw honey! Perfect for nibbling with a nice cool glass of sparking rose!

  1. Prep all the fruits and cheesesi to have to hand
  2. Then compile your salad on a large platter, with a small dish for the honey in the centre. Arrange the cherries, strawberries and pomegranate seeds around it and then the the cheese over the top. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt and finish with the fresh basil and mint leaves. Have a honey drizzler/dipper to drizzle the honey on just before serving!
