1 Large Handful of finely shredded Cabbage

250 g Leftover Roast Pork (cut into chunks)

2 Packs of Ready to Wok Noodles

10 Sugarsnap Peas (thinly sliced)

1 Heaped teaspoon Ginger Paste
-
1 Spring Onion (finely sliced)
-
1 Red Chilli (finely sliced)
-
Sesame seeds
For the Sauce:
-
2 tbsps Hoisin Sauce
-
2 tbsps Tamarind
-
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
-
1 tbsp Red/ Rice Wine Vinegar
-
3 tbsps Dark Soy Sauce
-
1 tsp Crushed Chilli Flakes


Sweet & Sour Pork Noodles
With a base of Tamarind, Hoisin & Brown Sugar, these noodles deliver the perfect Sweet & Sour combo but not as you know it.

- Fry off the Onion, Garlic & Chilli in a little oil until softened then add in the Cabbage & cook until wilted.
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl & stir well.
- Add the Pork to the pan & cook until hot then add the Sauce & cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the Noodles & Sugarsnap & cook for 1 minute.
- Serve onto bowls and sprinkle with the Spring Onion, Red Chilli & Sesame Seeds.
