Ingredients
  • 1 Onion (finely sliced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 Large Handful of finely shredded Cabbage
  • 250 g Leftover Roast Pork (cut into chunks)
  • 2 Packs of Ready to Wok Noodles
  • 10 Sugarsnap Peas (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Heaped teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 Spring Onion (finely sliced)
  • 1 Red Chilli (finely sliced)
  • Sesame seeds
For the Sauce:
  • 2 tbsps Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tbsps Tamarind
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Red/ Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tbsps Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Crushed Chilli Flakes

With a base of Tamarind, Hoisin & Brown Sugar, these noodles deliver the perfect Sweet & Sour combo but not as you know it.

  • Fry off the Onion, Garlic & Chilli in a little oil until softened then add in the Cabbage & cook until wilted.
  • Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl & stir well.
  • Add the Pork to the pan & cook until hot then add the Sauce & cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the Noodles & Sugarsnap & cook for 1 minute.
  • Serve onto bowls and sprinkle with the Spring Onion, Red Chilli & Sesame Seeds.
