Spaghetti Carbonara

This simple yet delicious meal is taken to a whole new level of awesomeness with the simple addition of Goose egg, that forms the richest creamiest sauce you will ever taste.

  1. Fill a large saucepan with water, add a teaspoon or two of salt and bring to the boil. Add the spaghetti and cook as per packet guidelines or until al dente.
  2. Grate the Pecorino into a bowl and combine one whole goose egg plus one goose egg yolk then place to one side.
  3. Heat up a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or wok and add the lardons. After a few minutes of frying, add the minced garlic and saute for a minute of two before removing the pan from the heat.
  4. Once the pasta has cooked, transfer the spaghetti to the bacon , garlic and add 2 tbsps of pasta water. Stir in the cheesy egg mix and combine thoroughly to form a velvety smooth sauce.
  5. Serve and season with freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
