

A stir fried spicy pork dish that's a winner in Thailand, so why not in your own kitchen?!
Couldn't be more simple... Chop your spring onions and separate out the white from the green ends. Add the white bits to the pan and heat until soft. Add the pork and then the ginger and garlic. Fry on highbfor a few minutes then add all other ingredients. Fey until the pan is almost dry of any sauce.
It's that easy! Scatter the green spring onions into the mix and serve on top of rice and then slap a fried egg and a drizzle of chilli oil on top

3 tbsps Oyster sauce

2 tbsps Dark soy sauce

2 tbsps Honey

5 Spring onions

2 Red chillies

2 Green chillies
