Method
  1. Steam the broccoli for around 8 minutes until cooked through but retaining some bite
  2. Grate the garlic clove and mix together with the salt, tahini and lemon juice. Add a little bit of water to make a pourable but thick sauce, around the texture of double cream
  3. Serve up the broccoli on a serving plate with the tahini sauce drizzled on top, then scatter over the chopped chilli, sesame seeds and crispy onions
