In a medium pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta per package instructions.
In a hot medium pan, add oil and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and chilli and cook for a minute.
Add in the carrots ,peppers and red kidney beans and cook for 3 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Stir in tomatoes, bolognese sauce add a bit of water. Cover and simmer on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
Add paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and Italian herbs. Stir, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Then, add the cream and allow the sauce to cook for a wile or until it has thickened to your liking
Stir in the cheese, adjust seasonings and add parsley..Reduce heat and simmer for 2minutes
Drain the pasta and toss it into the sauce until its well coated...Add in the pasta water to loosen up the sauce if it's too thick
Serve super hot and enjoy….
