Satay Beef Noodles

I first tried this when I tried a hello fresh box. I love it so much that I know cook it on a regular basis. Easy to turn in to a veggie version too. Definitely a keeper

ingredients
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1 crushed glove of garlic
  • 240 g mixed beef
  • Dried egg noodles
  • 1 table spoon smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Mange tout

Satay Beef Noodles

I first tried this when I tried a hello fresh box. I love it so much that I know cook it on a regular basis. Easy to turn in to a veggie version too. Definitely a keeper

  1. Cook noodles as per packet instructions
  2. In a large fry pan in wok cook the mince until browned
  3. Transfer the mince to a bowl
  4. In the same pan add the red pepper cook to soft then add the red onion.
  5. Add garlic And cook for a min, add the mange tout
  6. Add the soy and peanut butter into a bowl and mix and 1tbsp of water.
  7. Add the soy mix and mince into the pan. Add the cooked noodles and coat in the sauce add more water if needed.
