Ingredients
Shrimp
  • 300 g Shrimp or king prawns
  • 1 tbsp Tajin seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 50 g Butter
Salsa
  • 200 g Mango chunks
  • 2 Red chillies de seeded and diced
  • ½ Red onion or picked red onion diced
  • 1 Juice of a lime
Crema
  • 2 tbsps Natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsps Double cream
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 1 Large handful of chopped coriander
  • Good ol’ pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 tsps Garlic paste
The rest
  • 6 Warm flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce

chilli and lime seasoned shrimp with a refreshing mango salsa and feta crema

Prep 30 minutes
Total 30 minutes

Crema first, in a blender toss in all the ingredients and whizz until combined. If it’s too thick then add a little more cream. Set aside.


Salsa is simple. Chop and combine with the lime juice.


Toss the shrimp in a bowl with the seasoning and honey. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. When hot, throw in the shrimp for a couple of minutes. Once pink, throw in the butter. Cook for a couple more minutes then load into warm tortillas with some shredded lettuce or cabbage, salsa and crema.
