These Korean street food style skewers are perfect for a barby or throw under the grill and serve on noodles…
Super super easy!….
Soak your skewers for an hour before you start. Cut the chicken into bitesize pieces then mix with the other ingredients. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Mix the glaze ingredients when ready to cook. Skewer the chicken, throw on the bbq or under the grill (low to medium heat) and brush on the glaze a couple of times through the cook.
