Sriracha Fried Chicken

Fried crispy chicken coated in a honey and sriracha sauce. What's not to like?!

Prep 30 minutes
Total 3 hours 45 minutes

Marinade the chicken thighs in the buttermilk for at least 3 hours. Once done, combine the flours and spices and shaking off any excess buttermilk, cover the thighs with the flour mix. Heat enough oil in a saucepan or fryer to submerge the thighs. To test its hot enough drop in a little cube of bread. If it fizzes its ready. Chicken should take about 8 minutes to cook through but you can always bang it in the oven to finish off.

Sauce is so simple. Just combine in a saucepan and heat through.

Pour the sauce over the thighs and you're done. Great drizzled with a honey mustard mayo (3 parts mayo 1 part honey 1 part mustard) and slammed between some brioche!
