  • 1 tsp or to taste salt
  • 15 g butter
  • 50 g water

Healthy Cauliflower Sauce

Jazz up your boring mundane dishes like roasted vegetables or a simple salad with this utterly delightful and healthy Cauliflower Sauce! This gluten-free and healthy recipe can also replace mashed potatoes if you are looking for healthier alternative.

  • Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan, tip in the garlic and saute till golden brown.
  • Tip in the cauliflower, chilli and almonds and cook till the cauliflower is golden. Add in the water, cover the pot and let it cook completely.
  • Once it is cool down to room temperature, tip the mixture in a blender or a thermomix jar.
  • Add in all the rest of the ingredients.
  • Start blending the sauce on a high speed till your desired consistency.
  • Use this sauce with your roasted vegetables, Cauliflower steak. You can also use this as a dipping sauce.
