Ingredients
  • 360 g shelled prawns
  • 2 tbsps Baron Passion fruit Hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp ginger powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 onion
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Passion fruit Pepper Prawns

Pepper Prawns with a little twist.

  1. Prepare your prawns and place in a large mixing bowl
  2. Chop your onion
  3. Crush your garlic or finely chop
  4. Mix your garlic and onion into the prawns
  5. Add your seasonings and coat your prawns
  6. You can leave these in the fridge for an hour or cook them right away
  7. In a large pan on a medium low heat, add enough vegetable oil to coat your pan
  8. Once the oil is hot, add your prawns and cook for a 4-5 mins or depending on the size of your prawns
  9. The mixture can create a lot of moisture and delicious juices
  10. Turn the heat up high for a few minutes to allow the sauce to thicken
  11. Voila! Passion fruit pepper prawns
