This is one of the easiest recipes ever, it's *literally* 15 mins, and it's SO delicious. The garlic and ginger sauce is perfect to compliment the delicate flavour of the prawns.

- Heat up the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, and sauté the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds, stirring occasionally.
- Add the prawns and cook for 4-5 mins, until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Add the spring onions, soy sauce and rice wine. Stir to combine.
- Serve piping hot and enjoy with steamed rice and a side of vegetables.
