King Prawns with Garlic & Ginger

This is one of the easiest recipes ever, it's *literally* 15 mins, and it's SO delicious. The garlic and ginger sauce is perfect to compliment the delicate flavour of the prawns.


  1. Heat up the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, and sauté the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the prawns and cook for 4-5 mins, until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  3. Add the spring onions, soy sauce and rice wine. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve piping hot and enjoy with steamed rice and a side of vegetables.
