  • 340 g Dried Medium Egg Noodles
  • Salt & Pepper

Beef Stir Fry In Hoisin Sauce

  1. Grab a wok and place over high heat, add the olive oil and wait 30secs to bring to heat. Season the steak strips with salt & pepper and put in the pan and begin to fry for 2mins, constantly moving it about.
  2. In a saucepan, fill with boiling water and add pinch of salt, place the noodles in a cook for 3-4mins to preference.
  3. In a small bowl add the hoisin, sweet chilli and sesame oil and mix together.
  4. Back to the wok, after 2mins add the baby corn, sugar snap peas, chilli, spring onions and garlic and fry for a further to 3mins.
  5. Once coloured, the noodles should be ready, with some tongues grab them out of the saucepan and drop into the wok and mix together together for a minute.
  6. Add the sauce mixture to the pan and heat through until fully incorporated and take off the heat.
  7. Plate up and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion (optional). Enjoy
