120 g of fat free greek yoghurt

20 ml unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp Sweetener

Flavourings if you wish such as salted caramel syrup, lemon essence or coconut essence

30 g of oats

2 large handfuls of Frozen Berries/Fruit of your choice

Overnight Oats

- Mix up the yoghurt milk sweetener and any flavourings together
- Using a container layer up half of the frozen fruit followed by half of the oats, half of the yoghurt then repeat in the same order.
- Add any extra toppings to the top layer of yoghurt like chocolate sprinkles etc, close your container with a lid and leave in the fridge overnight.
- By the morning the fruit has defrosted and therefore looks reduced in qty but has released all its juices.
- Give it a good stir before eating.
