Ingredients
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sweet or smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Full rack of back or side ribs
  • 2 tbsps Olive oil
Air fryer ribs

Although this is for the air fryer, you can also use this rub for grilling or in the oven as well. Follow all the notes below the list of ingredients to ensure the best ribs.

Place the ribs or wings in the seasoning. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil and mix well.

Brush olive oil onto the basket of your air fryer so they don’t stick. Don’t use a cooking spray. It will eventually deteriorate the non stick coating. I did that to my other air fryer and ruined it!


Preheat your air fryer on the maximum setting. 425℉


Place half a rack in the basket, making sure there is minimal overlap.


Cook for nine minutes on one side turn them over and another nine minutes on the other side. When they’re done, placed them in an oven safe dish and cover them. Let rest for a few minutes.
