🥧Preheat your fan oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

🥧Line your baking tray with baking parchment and a few sprays of low calorie butter flavour cooking spray and set aside.

🥧 Make the filling by spraying your wok with a few sprays of chilli flavour low calorie cooking spray.

🥧Add the mince and cook on a high heat until brown.

🥧Once brown, add the herbs, spices and seasoning and mix well.

🥧 Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and bring to the boil.

🥧Once boiling, turn to a low heat to simmer.

🥧Meanwhile, make the pastry by whisking 4 of the eggs, the flour and the milk in a bowl until you achieve a batter consistency.

🥧Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and add a quarter on the mixture to the pan.

🥧On a low heat, heat on side of the pastry and flip until both sides are golden brown.

🥧Put the pastry onto a plate and add a quarter of the mince onto one side of the pastry.

🥧Fold over the pastry and crimp the edge with a fork (to stop the pastry leaking!).

🥧Put the pasty on to the baking tray ready to bake.

🥧Repeat this for the other 3 pasties.

🥧Beat the last egg in a small bowl and brush the beaten egg on each pasty (this is to achieve a golden brown colour in the oven!).

🥧Bake in the oven for approximately 20 mins or until golden brown.
