Korean rice bowl full of meat, veg, egg and spicy gochu sauce

Prep 45 minutes
Total 2 hours 45 minutes

Okay, so first slice your steak real thin. Bob that in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, stir and fridge for 2 hours.

The rest is a lot of individual parts, but all pretty simple...

When you're ready to go, pop the rice on and cook the brocoli in a pan of boiling water for 5 mins. When that's done, drain and set aside the brocoli and then heat a frying pan and add the steak. Cook for about 5-7 mins. While that's cooking, heat another pan with some oil and throw in the brocoli along with the beansprouts. Cook for a couple of minutes, season and drizzle with sesame oil.

Finally, mix the sauce ingredients together, serve the rice, plonk on the beansprouts and broccers, sliced spring onion, the steak and finish off with a fried egg and a good helping of the sauce.
