For the topping:

Crunchie Tiffin


This classic chocolate tiffin with a 'crunchie' twist is sure to impress.
- Line a baking tin with baking paper.
- Chop the milk and dark chocolate into small chunks. Break up the digestive biscuits and chop the Cadbury's Crunchie into chunks.
- Place the golden syrup and the butter into a saucepan, cook over a low heat until the butter is completely melted. Don't boil it.
- Add the chopped chocolate into the melted butter and golden syrup, mix well until the chocolate has all melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Place the digestives, raisins and chopped crunchie pieces into a large mixing bowl, add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Place the mix into the baking tin and press down into the edges.
- Set it aside whilst you prepare the topping. Melt the milk chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- Once melted, pour it over the tiffin and spread it into the edges.
- Scatter the remaining Cadbury's Crunchie pieces over the top, then place it into the fridge for a few hours until it has set.
- Cut it into portions and it is ready to serve. Enjoy!
