Whipped Feta & Black Garlic Chilli Oil

Whipped Feta is my new favourite dip and can be accompanied with nearly anything! Dip in veg, chips, crisps and is great with steak and chicken. Drizzle some chilli oil on there for a little kick.

Total 30 minutes

Super easy... combine all the ingredients in a blender to make the whipped Feta. Throw in a couple of tablespoons of water to loosen it up. Store it the fridge until ready to eat.

For the oil, heat the olive oil in a pan until it reaches 180℃. Place all the other ingredients in a heatproof bowl and then pour over the hot oil. The smell is amazing as it fizzes away. Let cool and then drizzle away!
