Spicy Sesame Chicken

This is my boyfriend's recipe and is literally a meal I could eat every single day! So full of spices, flavour and all the yumminess, I had to share this one with you guys!

  1. Marinate your chicken in salt, pepper and paprika powder and set aside.
  2. Prepare two bowls of cornflour with a teaspoon of salt, pepper and paprika powder in each of them, and beat your eggs in a separate bowl to begin the deep-frying process.
  3. Coat your chicken in flour (bowl 1), egg and flour again (bowl 2) before dropping into a very hot pan with lots of oil.
  4. Fry for roughly 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and once removed, set on some kitchen roll to drain the excess oil.
  5. Throw all your sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix after which you can heat it in a separate pan. Once bubbling away and slightly reduced, add in the fried chicken followed by a bunch of sesame seeds.
  6. Serve with steamed rice, spring onions and enjoy!
