Add oil (2 tbsp), now add the chicken pieces and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame. Now flip the chicken pieces and let it cook for 3-4 minutes, so there is slight browning on both the sides of the chicken pieces.
Now transfer broccoli and mushroom back into the frying pan with chicken pieces. Add the sauce and mix well. Let the sauce coat the chicken pieces and veggies. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. Stir-fry is ready to serve. Enjoy the dish whilst hot or else the broccoli florets will lose their crunch and turn soggy.
