Oat Flour Ricotta Banana Pancakes
- In a food processor, pulse the oats on and off for 30 seconds until broken down
- Combine with the other ingredients
- Heat the coconut oil, add 1 tbsp batter per pancake. Brown on either side (around 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side)
- Serve with toppings
