  1. In a food processor, pulse the oats on and off for 30 seconds until broken down
  2. Combine with the other ingredients
  3. Heat the coconut oil, add 1 tbsp batter per pancake. Brown on either side (around 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side)
  4. Serve with toppings
