Quick and easy. That’s my thing. I’m letting the best combination of flavours do the work in this dish.
Stir fry shrimp and broccoli is sure to please. Add brown rice or noodles for a one pot wonder meal!
Add broccoli, water, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar to a pan. Cook over medium heat for about five minutes or until the broccoli is half way cooked.
Add pre cooked shrimp. If you’re using raw shrimp you can fry in a pan for 2 min or add them uncooked, just add 2 min to cooking time. Both ways will turn out great. Shrimp doesn’t need long to cook, and you shouldn’t overcook them.
Cover and allow the flavours to combine for a few minutes. Uncover and let the juice reduce by half. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and add your favourite rice or noodles if desired.
