10 ml Alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 tsp Sweetener

30 g Oats

½ tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Cocoa Powder

½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

16 g Mincemeat
-
3 White Chocolate Stars

15 Green Holly Candy

9 Red Berry Candy

7 g Jim Jams Reduced Sugar Chocolate Spread


Chocolate Christmas Pudding Baked Oats

- Heat your oven up to 160℃ fan assisted.
- Mix all the ingredients together apart from the white chocolate stars and decorations.
- Once combined add the mixture into 6 hemisphere silicone moulds.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from moulds.
- Add one white chocolate star to 3 halves and with the heat of the cake it should soften, otherwise pop it in the microwave for 5-10 seconds allowing the chocolate star to soften and fit to the dome.
- Then add your holly and berries to the soften chocolate to stick.
- Spread the chocolate spread to the other 3 halves.
- Then sandwich the star topped on on to the dome with chocolate spread.
- Can be frozen in a container for up to 3 months.
