This dish is super simple and well worth making the tabbouleh and hummus!
- Preheat oven to 395℉
- Line a baking sheet with tin foil and a little bit of avocado or canola oil before putting your 2 seasoned chicken breasts in the pan (seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic salt, cumin, black pepper, Italian seasoning). Cook for 15 minutes and flip
- Cook for another 5-10 minutes depending on your oven/until they internally reach 165℉ with a thermometer.
- Take out of oven and let sit on a cutting board for 10 minutes to rest before slicing (to retain the moisture).
- Slice and enjoy on top of mixed greens, lettuce, or spinach with hummus and tabbouleh! Garnish with a lemon wedge and some hot sauce. DIG IN!
