1.) Add 1 Cup of water and a pinch of salt to a pot on medium heat.
2.) Let it simmer.
2.) Once simmered, reduce the heat and add in the shredded carrots, the oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and stir well.
3.) Add in the almond milk and maple syrup and stir once again.
4.) Stir constantly until you have reached your desired consistency.
