Ingredients
  • 220 g Shishito peppers
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 15 g Garlic
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Blistered Shishito Peppers

  1.  Place Shishito peppers in a big bowl and add in olive oil to mix. Slice a lemon and dice some garlic as well
  2. Pour Shishito peppger in a skillet on low -medium heat, add a small amount of salt or soy sauce over Shishito pepper to cook. Slowly cook until they get a nice charred appearance
  3. Finally, we add in diced garlic, lemon slices  to mix and sprinkle some black pepper to complete the final step
