1 Tin lentils

1 Tin chopped tomatoes

1 litre Veg stock cube

2 tbsps Soy sauce

200 g Wholemeal pasta

Bunch of fresh basil


One Pot Vegan Bolognese
- Fry onions, chilli & garlic for 3-5 minutes in a large pot
- Add remaining ingredients (keep some basil aside for garnish)
- Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer until pasta is cooked
- Garnish with remaining basil and serve
