  • 1 tsp Crushed Szechuan Pepper

Drumsticks Just Got A Upgrade

This recipe gives you another dimension on how to have your drumsticks, a simple rub and succulent chicken is a certain winner

Prep 2 minutes
Total 30 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 190℃, In a large mixing bowl add the chicken drumsticks. Sprinkle 2 tbsps of the rub over them and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Place on a wire rack oven tray and cook for 30mins.
  3. 5 mins before the drumsticks are to finish, in a frying pan add the onions, both sets of peppers and the olive and place over high heat and being to cook for 3-4mins until they soften. Then add the chilli and spring onion and stir through for an extra 1-2mins. Then take off the heat.
  4. Once drumsticks have cooked, take out the oven and place in a large mixing bowl. Empty the onions/pepper mixture over the top of them and mix together, add 1 tsp of the rub into the mix and give it one final toss together and serve. Enjoy
