Chop the nuts and transfer into a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients (nuts, dried fruits, desiccated coconut and rice krispies) and mix for even distribution.
Grease a rectangular tray or glass dish with coconut oil and line it with baking paper.
Melt the white chocolate by placing the stainless steel bowl/heat proof glass bowl with chocolate squares on the pan with boiling water on a medium flame. (Do not let the hot water touch the bowl).
Add a table spoon of coconut oil, mix and let the chocolate melt completely with occasional stirring.
Once the chocolate melts, add the nuts, dried fruits, desiccated coconut and rice krispies. Mix well and transfer into the glass dish lined with baking paper.
Flatten the mix using a wooden spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. Slice them into squares and enjoy!
