In a bowl, whisk fresh cream & custard to a smooth consistency. Set aside
Butter the buns, then spread the lemon curd on the bread.
Then, Lightly butter an oven proof dish (Use about 1 tsp or less of butter).
Arrange the slices of bread in the dish and allow them to overlap slightly.
Sprinkle the raisins on top and stuff the raisins into every nook & cranny you can.
Pour the custard mixture over the bread & move the slices if you can so it gets to the bottom of the dish.
Set aside for 30 minutes to soak…
Then Preheat your oven to 180℃
Bake for 30 minutes 180℃ until golden brown & puffy.
