Ingredients

1 cup of oats

3 bananas sliced

Half an apple grated

¼ cup of maple syrup

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tsp of cinnamon
-
2 tsps of oil


CARAMELISED BANANA PORRIDGE
- Cook the porridge with milk (dependent on cooking instructions) I usually add more milk in to make it creamy.
- Add the maple syrup, vanilla, oil and cinnamon to the pan and when it starts bubbling add the bananas and grated apple. Turn the banana once it is covered on the first side.
- Add half the mix into the porridge mix and place half on top.
