  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • A pinch of parsley
  • A dash of salt
  • 3 Oz Cheddar cheese

Jalapeño Poppers


  1. Wash your Jalapeños and dry them. PUT GLOVES ON, these suckers are spicy! Cut Jalapeños in half, long ways. Take ALL seeds out!
  2. Prepare the filling: Put Cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and spices in a mixing bowl. MIX IT UP, REAL GOOD!
  3. Scoop some filling from the bowl and stuff in a jalapeño half. “SCOOP N SCHMEAR”
  4. Dip the filled jalapeño half in cheddar cheese to top it.
  5. Wrap in bacon.
  6. Transfer to pan.
  7. Toss it in a smoker or oven at 375 for 30 minutes OR until desired crispy golden filling/tenderness of jalapeño.
