  • 50 Parmesan
  • 2 tsps Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 Clove of garlic
Chicken marinade
  • 2 tbsps Chilli flakes
  • 2 tsps Lemon juice
  • 2 tsps All purpose seasoning
  • 2 tsps Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic granules

CREAMY CAJUN TGI STYLE PASTA

I love the tgis pasta and decided to remake!


  1. 1 hour prior marinate your chicken. Then chop up your veggies.
  2. Mix the stock together with water and the tomato puree. Heat up the pan with some oil and add the onions for 1 minute. Then add the garlic and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add peppers and green beans and stir. Once half softened add the stock mixture, simmer for 10 minutes. Add the corn starch to thicken and add the cream. Add seasoning (if you love spice add some chilli flakes in too).
  4. Whilst doing this cook the chicken in a pan 5 minutes each side until done. Add some lemon juice extra to make the chicken juicy. Cook the pasta at the same time in another pan. Once Al dente add into the pan of vegetables and stir.
  5. When the chicken is done cut up into slices and add onto the pasta.
  6. Add parmesan and add some seasoning such as parsley and chilli flakes.
  7. Enjoy!
