  • 250 g Risotto Rice
  • 700 ml Vegetable Stock
  • 250 g Mushrooms (Chopped)

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 3 tsps Mixed Herbs
  • 2 tsps Chilli Flakes
  • 3 tsps Garlic Granules

Slow Cooker Risotto


  1. Chop up your vegetables and add into the slow cooker for 10 minutes or when the onions soften.
  2. Add your prawns, rice, spices and vegetable stock. Season well!
  3. Leave on high for 3 hours and stir, add more water if needed.
  4. Add half of the parmesan and rest for garnish.
  5. Serve once the rice has cooked and enjoy with Garlic bread!
