250 g Mushrooms (Chopped)

300 g Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

200 g Parmesan

1 tbsp Chopped Parsley

3 tsps Mixed Herbs

2 tsps Chilli Flakes

3 tsps Garlic Granules


Slow Cooker Risotto
- Chop up your vegetables and add into the slow cooker for 10 minutes or when the onions soften.
- Add your prawns, rice, spices and vegetable stock. Season well!
- Leave on high for 3 hours and stir, add more water if needed.
- Add half of the parmesan and rest for garnish.
- Serve once the rice has cooked and enjoy with Garlic bread!
